Christian Sports International (CSI) has just confirmed a date with Pittsburgh Pirates Manager Clint Hurdle to appear at an All-In Men's Night. We're very excited about this special event, and it's coming up fast! The date is Thursday, November 8th at Chippewa E Free Church in Beaver Falls PA. I'll have more details in the next couple days - like the time, for instance - but I can tell you it will be an evening event. Clint has demonstrated his abilities as a player and as a coach over many years in major league ball, but recently he's developed a great reputation as an outstanding keynote speaker. This is a great opportunity to meet Clint in person.

The Indiana Conference on Sept 22nd was a success because a man came to Christ that day. There were also 5 men who rededicated their lives to the Lord. Shawn Amy, CSI's new worship leader, did a great job with the music. I even got to play with him and it was neat. Tom McGough, Scott Grinder, Melvin Adams, Sid Bream and I comprised the speaking team. The Indiana men were warm, welcoming, and engaged in the message. It was a great day, and we thank Pastor Brad and all the guys at Grace United Methodist Church.

Thursday, Oct 18th I'll be appearing with 4-time Super Bowl Champ Jon Kolb at Chippewa Unitied Methodist Church in Beaver Falls PA. Jon is one of the elite men who played on all four of the Steelers Super Bowl winning teams in the '70's, one of the greatest eras in Steelers history. I've served as MC for Jon a couple times before and I can tell you it's a potent night. Jon is a commanding presence and he has lots of great football stories too. He's the type of guy that always has a crowd around him, and they're usually laughing like crazy. But after hearing him, you'll come away with a recharged outlook, I guarantee it.

So yes, it's a major league double header in Chippewa. Two big events within 3 weeks. Jon Kolb on Oct 18th at Chippewa UMC, with Bobby Martin serving as your MC. Then November 8th hear none other than Clint Hurdle at Chippewa E Free Church on Braun Road with former major league pitcher and Cornerstone TV personality Tom McGough as MC. I'll have more info right here as it becomes available, so please keep checking in. Thanks!
